Veterinary Laboratory Services Unit (VLSU) is located at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Universiti Putra Malaysia and comprises of laboratories that offer range of laboratory diagnostic services testing.

VLSU has develope and documented a laboratory quality management system LQMS to enhance diagnostic comply with requirement of the Skim Akreditasi Makmal Malaysia (SAMM) under Standards Malaysia. This quality system comply with the international standard MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017
