We, at Veterinary Laboratory Services Unit, understand that customer requirements and satisfaction can only be achieved through quality, reliable and consistent output and excellent customer service.
To achieve our goal, we are committed to:
- Provide professional practice in all testing and calibration services to our customers, including maintaining a good environment and all other resources needed consistent with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 and SAMM requirements;
- Ensure that all technical staff are competent and comply with the quality requirements, policiesand procedures of our quality management system;
- Safeguard the impartiality, confidentiality and integrity of VLSU and its related activities;
- Comply with and continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system asrequired by ISO/IEC 17025 and SAMM requirements.
