Clinical Pathology Laboratory

DEDICATED TO  QUALITY TESTING AND SERVICES
CLINICAL PATHOLOGY LABORATORY The clinical pathology laboratory provides hematological and biochemical analysis from blood, urine, effusion fluid samples from various animal species including small animals, avian, wildlife and exotic animals, for both clinical diagnosis and research purposes. The lab also provides cytological diagnosis from impression smears, fine needle aspiration and effusion fluid. Besides that, special tests such as blood cross matching, coagulation, and also fecal occult blood and trypsin malabsorption are also available. All tests are being analysed by qualified and experienced veterinary consultants and lab technicians. Our laboratory provides these services : Haematology analysis Biochemistry analysis Urinalysis Cytological diagnosis Blood cross matching Coagulation Fecal occult blood Trypsin malabsorption   Application for each laboratory services can be made by sending the specimens directly to the Sample Submission Counter, Veterinary Laboratory Services Unit (VLSU).
