SERDANG, July 23 – The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FPV) at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) has hosted a visit from the Chairpersons of the Board of Directors of Public Universities.
The Dean of FPV UPM, Prof. Dr. Goh Yong Meng, stated that this visit allowed the Chairpersons of the Board of Directors of Public Universities to be exposed to the facilities available at FPV UPM, which play a significant role for the country.

"The facilities at the University Veterinary Hospital, FPV UPM, are crucial, particularly for animal healthcare.
"This faculty is not only one of the first faculties established at the inception of UPM, but it also serves as an icon for UPM.
We should focus on ensuring that its position as the best faculty at UPM and the leading Veterinary Medicine Faculty in the country is maintained," he said.

Board of Directors, Prof. Emeritus Datuk Dr. Raduan Che Rose; Chairperson of the Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) Board of Directors,
Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong bin Matjeraie; Chairperson of the Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) Board of Directors,
Dato' Sri Ibrahim Ahmad; and Chairperson of the Universiti Malaya (UM) Board of Directors, Tan Sri Zarinah Anwar.
