SERDANG, 6 August – The Office of the Deputy Dean for Research and Graduate Studies organised the third series of the programme, “Rahsia di Sebalik Kejayaan: Perjalanan dan Strategi Penyelidik Cemerlang”, on 5 August 2026. The programme featured an engaging and informal knowledge-sharing session filled with valuable insights and practical experiences.

The programme featured distinguished researcher, YBhg. Academician Professor Emeritus Datin Paduka Setia Dato' Dr. Aini Ideris, who is widely recognised for her extensive experience in securing research grants, producing high-impact scholarly publications, and establishing strong research collaborations. During the session, she shared her personal journey, the challenges she encountered, and the strategies that have contributed to her success in research. Her presentation also inspired participants and provided practical guidance on achieving excellence not only in research but also in their professional careers and everyday lives.

The programme was conducted online and attracted participants from across Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), representing various faculties and responsibility centres. A total of 303 participants attended the session, reflecting the UPM community's strong commitment to strengthening the university's research culture, enhancing academic excellence, and fostering a vibrant culture of knowledge sharing.
