- Ensuring the waiting time for registration is within 10 minutes.
- Ensuring the waiting time to seek treatment for appointment date is within 30 minutes.
- Ensure that emergency case services are checked immediately within 15 minutes.
- Ensure large animal mobile clinic services are given promptly within 24 hours of emergency cases.
- Ensure large animal mobile clinic services are given as soon as possible within 3 working days for non-emergency cases.
- Waiting time for treatment of the "walk-in" case is within five (5) hours.
