CONGRATULATIONS to the eligible candidates called for the Veterinary Medicine Doctor Program Admission Session 2021/2022 interview. To ensure the online interview process runs smoothly, candidates are requested to send soft copies of the listed documents to the email address: temudugaDPV@gmail.com no later than 30 June 2021.

Email title: INTERVIEW 2021/2022: FULL NAME OF CANDIDATE & IDENTIFICATION CARD NUMBER.

Soft copy of documents to be submitted (documents do not need to be certified):
1) Candidate's Picture - passport size or not more than 4R (4x6 inches)
2) Candidate's Identity Card
3) Certificate/SPM result slip
4) Certificate/MUET result slip
5) Academic Certificate (STPM/Matriculation Transcript/Agricultural Science Foundation Transcript/Diploma)
6) Co-curriculum Certificate at SPM level and highest in studies

Candidates are also requested to provide a mobile phone number in the email.
