Universiti Putra Malaysia Kedah Children's Welfare Association (KANDA PUTRA UPM) in collaboration with Student Affairs Universiti Putra Malaysia has received visitors from Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Selasih, Batu Caves, Selangor. One of the activities in this "Program Lawatan Sambil Belajar Pembangunan Kendiri Murid" is a visit to the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

A total of 34 students and 4 escort teachers were involved in this visit while the faculty was run by Prof. Madya Dr Hazilawati Hamzah and En. Saipuzaman Ali for a tour session
