VLSU customers may ground ship samples to the diagnostic laboratory at a discounted rates using Pos Laju Malaysia.  This method of sample submission is advantageous as it is convenient, affordable, efficient, and reliable.  Depending on the time of shipping, samples may arrive on the same day or the day after. The discounted charges will be added to your invoice.

Package must be carefully secured to prevent any leaking fluid or breakage and should be appropriately be labelled (Perishable etc.).

To get the 25% discounted shipping rates, VLSU customers need to obtain a sub-account under VLSU Pos Laju account.  To get the sub-account please:

 You will receive an email with  your sub-account information within 7 working days.  You will also receive shipping materials from Pos Laju.  To send sample to VLSU:

1. 1. Securely package your samples to prevent breakage and leakage.  Please use dry ice to prevent leakage and to preserve your samples.
   2. Include the consignment form and documents.
   3. Call Pos Laju Centre at 1 300 300 300 for pick up or drop the samples at any Pos Laju branch

 
PICKUP and DROP-OFF  INFORMATION

Call Pos Laju for a pick up at no charge.  Call 1 300 300 300,  provide your sub account number and inform the Pos Laju representative that you need a same-day pick up.  

Same day pick up is dependent on location and time of day and it is best to plan ahead.
